REBECCA’S STORY
Ā
For the past 25 years I have owned, trained and fostered dogs. Ā I fell in love with street dogs while living in Singapore and have also rescued and rehomed many dogs. Ā I love working with all types of dogs helping them navigate city life and be their best selves.
I currently have four rescue dogs: Conker, my last remaining street dog; Scooby, my Boxer/Alsatian; and Bruno and Scrappy, my two dachshunds who could not be more different in temperament! Ā I also have two cats, Buttercup and Biscuit, so the house is full of fun.
Dog training is all about learning, and that applies to both dogs and their humans, including me. I’m committed to improving my skills so I can bring the very best to my clients. I hold accreditations from the IMDT and APDT, as well as a Level 4 Diploma in Canine Behaviour. I regularly attend courses and workshops to stay up to date with the latest research and techniques. This ongoing development means my classes are always evolving, practical and rooted in what actually works.
I also work with Helpful Hounds, a mental health charity, to help trainĀ assistance dogs.
